Growing up in Austin, Texas, Danielle developed a profound love for animals and a deep connection to the natural world.
After graduating from Texas A&M University, where she earned a B.S. degree in Horticulture, her original plan to pursue nursing took a turn when she followed her true calling to work with animals. Determined to make a difference in the lives of our furry companions, she chose to work in the veterinary field.
With a strong foundation in human healthcare, Danielle started her veterinary medicine journey as a receptionist, mastering the art of providing exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships with clients and their beloved pets. Eager to expand her knowledge and skills, she became a veterinary assistant, honing her technical expertise and providing hands-on care to a diverse range of animals.
Now, as our hospital manager, Danielle leads our team with unwavering dedication and a commitment to excellence. Her role encompasses overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment for our staff.
Driven by her genuine love for animals and a desire to create meaningful connections, Danielle goes above and beyond to ensure that each animal receives personalized attention and care tailored to their unique needs. She believes in open communication, empathy, and maintaining the highest standards of veterinary medicine.
Outside of work, Danielle is a proud pet parent to two adorable dogs, Joey, a chihuahua, and Schnitzel, a German shepherd. Her furry companions inspire and remind her of the joys and rewards of nurturing strong bonds with animals.
We are privileged to have Danielle as part of our team at Old Town Veterinary Hospital. Her expertise, passion, and leadership help us provide the best possible care to our patients and support our clients throughout their pet's healthcare journey.
